Most of our curtain installations involve custom-made textiles specifically measured, fabricated, and tailored to your windows and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products and services, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once fabric has been cut, sewn, or installation has been completed.
Custom fabric selections ordered specifically for your project cannot be returned once ordered from our suppliers. We strongly encourage you to review fabric samples in person before finalizing your selections to ensure complete satisfaction with texture, color, and material characteristics.
We guarantee the quality of our curtain installation workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the installation quality, we will work diligently to address your concerns and make corrections at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 7 days of installation completion.

If you receive fabrics or materials with manufacturing defects, we will work with our suppliers to arrange replacements at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery or installation. We will coordinate all communications with fabric manufacturers on your behalf.
